MilaMoo Momentum ("the App") is made by Junior Ese, an independent developer in Australia. It's built for children, used with a parent or guardian. This policy explains what the App stores, where it's kept, and how to delete it.
What the App stores on your device
- A nickname for your child, if a parent chooses to add one. It's optional and stays on the device.
- The parent PIN
- Tasks, and a history of tasks completed
- Points, badges and streaks
- Mood check-ins
- When Help Me was pressed, and on which task
- App settings
This is saved with Apple's standard on-device storage. We never receive it, and it isn't shared with anyone.
What the App does not do
- No accounts, sign-in or email addresses
- No connection to the internet or to our servers
- No analytics, tracking or crash-reporting services
- No advertising and no in-app purchases
- No access to the camera, microphone, photos, contacts or location
Children's privacy
Because the App collects no personal information, it is designed to comply with the US Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and the Australian Privacy Act 1988. A parent or guardian sets the App up and agrees to these terms before a child uses it.
Notifications
Reminders and encouragement messages are created on the device. Nothing is sent to a server. You can turn notifications off at any time in the iPhone or iPad Settings app.
Deleting data
- In the App: Parent Dashboard → Settings → Delete All Data. This erases everything the App has stored and returns it to setup.
- Deleting the App from the device also removes all of its data.
We hold no copy, so once deleted, it's gone.
Web version
If you use the web version of MilaMoo Momentum, the same information is kept in your browser's local storage on that device and is never sent to us. Clear the site's data in your browser to erase it.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version will appear here and in an App update, with a new date at the top.
